Making a Referral
A referral from a GP or specialist is required to be eligible for a Medicare rebate on the consultation fee.
Dr Park offers both in-person and telehealth consultations.

Previous blood test results and imaging reports
List of current medications (including doses)
Patient demographics, relevant history, and reason for referral
GP referrals are valid for 12 months; specialist referrals for 3 months
